Yung Jake has had a pretty big year: his portraits made of emojis recently earned the artist a Webby, while his creative music videos for “Look” and “http://e.m-bed.de/d/” challenged preconceptions of the form, with viral results. Now, Uproxx has premiered a documentary profiling the “Post-Everything” artist with testimonies from some of the Los Angeles art scene’s talking heads. The video makes for an intriguing look into the artist’s process and the ideology fueling one of the Internet’s most captivating and perplexing figures.
